Our Turnkey Site Build Methodology

1.Technical Site Survey (TSS): Engineering due diligence & feasibility mapping.

Every build starts with comprehensive engineering assessments. We perform sub-surface geotechnical engineering (soil resistivity and load-bearing tests) to determine the exact foundation requirements. We combine this with spatial mapping, structural load calculation for existing buildings (for brownfield setups), and rigorous electromagnetic interference (EMI) scans to verify site viability.

2.Civil Works & Tower Erection: Constructing a rock-solid physical foundation.

Once approved, our civil engineering teams begin physical construction. This stage covers excavation, high-grade concrete pouring, and reinforced foundation casting. Once cured, we assemble and erect the steel structures—whether they are 3-legged self-supporting towers, guyed masts, or custom rooftop monopoles. Every joint is torqued to exact engineering tolerances.

3.Equipment Installation & Commissioning: Bringing active radio and power networks online.

With the tower structurally certified, our specialized telecom riggers install the heavy-duty radio hardware. We deploy Base Transceiver Stations (BTS/RAN), run hybrid fiber-power DC cables up the mast, align microwave transmission backhaul links, and integrate robust power subsystems (including solar arrays, hybrid generators, smart rectifiers, and battery banks).

4.Quality Assurance, Acceptance & Integration: Final validation before going live.

Before transferring the site to active operations, we perform comprehensive close-out audits. This involves checking the VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) on RF feeders, auditing electrical grounding, and conducting over-the-air call tests. We submit a finalized close-out package (COP) and "As-Built" documentation to ensure the site meets the strict standards of Tier-1 operators.
